This form must be completed by an Owner, Director, or Company Secretary of the company applying for credit.
In consideration of ODJA Holdings Limited trading as BLM Building Supplies agreeing to supply goods and/or services to the applicant company on credit, I/we, the undersigned, in my/our personal capacity, hereby irrevocably, unconditionally, and jointly and severally guarantee to ODJA Holdings Limited trading as BLM Building Supplies, its subsidiaries and successors, the full and punctual payment and discharge of all present and future monies, liabilities, and obligations of the applicant company, whether actual or contingent, now or arising at any time in the future.
This personal guarantee shall apply without limitation to all sums due, including (but not limited to) principal, interest, charges, costs, and legal expenses, and includes any financial obligations arising from any increase, extension, renewal, or variation of the credit limit or credit terms, whether or not notice of such change is given to me/us.
